February Licensing Classes and Testing Sessions

It’s not too late to make plans to attend the TARC licensing classes. General and Tech classes are scheduled for the 27th of Feb and you do not have to have attended the first session to sit in on the this one. And best of all the classes are free. Exams for all classes follow at 4 pm. Standard fees apply for the exams.

Original info follows:

There will be Technician and General class licensing classes scheduled for February 20th and 27th at Archbold Memorial Hospital. The time is 9am-4pm, with a test session afterwards, both days. You do not have to attend the classes to sit for the test. In addition to the General and Technician, the Extra class exams will also be available for self studiers.

The training rooms/EOCs are on the bottom floor of the east side of the hospital. If you stand looking at the entrance, it’s on the right side ( the hospital, lengthwise lays west-east). Best parking is in the employee parking lot which is accessed from Mimosa drive, and then come in through the side entrance (under the covered entrance) and go down to the basement floor.

On the map below you can enlarge and navigate with the arrows. The entrance to the employee parking lot is roughly across from the red outlined “F” towards the bottom of the map.
