Ken Lanter W4MWW Featured in Albany Herald
TARC member and WWII veteran Ken Lanter, W4MWW, was featured in an article in the Albany Herald April 19th.
For those of you that don’t know it, Ken was one of the few survivors of the USS Indianapolis, which was sunk by a Japanese torpedo two weeks before the truce with Japan ended the conflict in the Pacific.

May Meeting is May 1st
Come join us for the May meeting on Saturday, May 1st. As always, it will be held at the Plaza Restaurant in downtown Thomasville. If you’d like to have supper with us be there around 6 pm. The meeting will start at 7:30.

Open Invitation to the Radio Reunion April 24
An Open Invitation to the Radio Reunion!
TARC will be hosting the 3rd Annual Radio Reunion on Saturday, April 24th, at 1pm.
For those who aren’t familiar with this event, the Radio Reunion started in 2008 as an event to get several local amateur radio clubs together for an afternoon of fellowship, which includes our families.
